What makes the difference is my unparalled and intricate knowledge of RCM and my approach to RCM training. My approach is to train your own people in only 3 days. That is why I am NOT your typical consultant. I do NOT try to get my foot in the door and stay for as long as possible!

In fact, after 3 days you will not need me anymore!  However, as I noted previously, I will always be available (at no additional fee or charge) via phone or E-mail should there be any subsequent questions or items to discuss.

You will learn RCM the way it was intended to be learned by it founders, Stanley Nowlan and Howard Heap. Your team will be able to successfully implement a premier RCM-based preventive maintenance program for your plant or facility, on their own, without having to depend on the continuous need for any outside expertise.

All of my training is in total accord with SAE Document JA1011. In fact, JA1011 includes some of the very specific ideas and methodologies I developed almost 10 years prior to 1999 when JA1011 was first issued.

Additionally, I was instrumental in working with and implementing the Institute of Nuclear Power Operators (INPO) Document AP-913 for Equipment Reliability as well as the NRC "Maintenance Rule" for Systems, Structures, and Components (SSC's).

My familiarity with the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), the Institute for Nuclear Power Operators (INPO), the NRC, the FAA, SAE Document “JA1011” and Department of Energy (DOE) policies pertaining to RCM based equipment reliability and preventive maintenance initiatives have provided me with the keen insight to the regulations and policies of the highest standards.  In fact, many aspects of the work I have done have found their way into the aforementioned rules, guidelines, and regulations.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS?

I have made the cost for an on-site RCM seminar/workshop extremely affordable.  My fees are NOT predicated on the number of attendees, rather it is a cost per day for as many people as you wish to attend.  I find that having as many people attend the training as possible, including senior management, provides the basis for a very successful outcome in that all of the attendees will understand and be in support of the RCM mission and become ambassadors of the program.  The 4 day seminar/workshop is the most popular selection by my clients as it affords the opportunity to actually implement the process on the 4th day on your own systems and components using the knowledge gained during the first 3 days of training.  At the end of 4 days of training, all class participants will be capable of facilitating your own premier RCM-based preventive maintenance program.

Usually this type of training costs in the neighborhood of $1,600 to $2,000 per attendee.  Since a nominal class size would be in the neighborhood of 20-25 attendees, training can run as high as $40,000 to $50,000 per class not including expenses.

My costs are a FRACTION of that amount because I do all of the training myself and I do not bring in an army of contractors with me.  I also encourage those corporations with numerous plant or facility entities located throughout the U.S. or even internationally to send as many personnel to the training as they can from all of their locations.

Lastly, my record for the successful outcome of my RCM training is 100% thus far.  In fact, I always provide a "Training Guarantee" that the training experience will result in a successful outcome or there will be no charge.
